The Sprouting Starter Kit includes:

- Growing Instructions
All the sprouts are very easy to grow
- No garden or green-fingers required
- No kitchen worktop needed
- Just a hook near the sink, or a dish-rack or drainer to drain the sprout bags after rinsing
and a couple of minutes per day to rinse the sprouts while they are growing
Very economical - within a few days the beans and lentils become 7 to 15 times their dry weight when sprouted. That means you soon get kilos of indoor, organic, fresh greens full of beneficial vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants.
The strong Hemp and Flax Sproutbags are re-useable and are great for growing a variety of other beans and seeds.
